Returns & Exchange Policy

All our items are made to order. We encourage you to check and read about your purchase before placing an order. Here's all that you need to know regarding our policies:

Important Policy Points
Please Note:

* We do not accept returns
* Exchanges are only permitted for:
- Damaged goods
- Printing mistakes
- Order mistakes
- Size misfits
* Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving goods
Delivery Information
* Merchandise will be dispatched and delivered between 7-15 days after order confirmation

* Multiple products may reach you at different times in installments

* Delivery teams will attempt delivery three times over four working days

* Customer must be available to:

- Receive calls from delivery partners
- Provide OTPs
- Cooperate with courier partners
Important: If a shipment is returned to seller:

* You will bear the cost of re-shipment
* For refunds without reshipment, ₹150 will be deducted for courier charges
Exchange Process
* Must be arranged on our website within 5 days of receiving the item
* Items must be in perfect unworn condition with original tags, labels, and packaging
* Only size exchanges permitted (no color or design changes)
* Only one exchange per order
* Exchange only available if you used our size recommendation
Not Eligible for Exchange:

* Custom made items
* Made to measure items
* Items on sale
* Promotional items
Damage Claims
If your merchandise arrives damaged:

* Email photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt
* Photos must clearly show the damage
* Our team will review and process your claim
